Do you love polo? Then don’t miss Polo in the Park, San Francisco’s premier charity polo event! Since 1984, Horses in California, a non-profit organization, has been hosting this day long festival of polo and horse-inspired fun! All proceeds benefit the James S. Brady Therapeutic Riding Program for children with disabilities.


Each year, local and international polo players take to the field to vie for the Eric Pedley Perpetual Trophy and the Elaine McInerney Kozak Perpetual Trophy. Polo is played with four members per team who, while on horseback, attempt to hit a ball through goal posts on the ends of the field using wooden mallets. It is an exciting sport to watch, requiring a precise mental and physical connection between horse and rider.

Tickets are $100 for adults, $50 for children (age 13-18), or $700 for table of eight (includes reserved seating, Luncheon on the Lawn, and VIP access to all events.) Children under 12 are free.
